PRIDE MONTH EVE!!!

A special shout out to Lil Nas X, for personal reasons.

He did a collaboration with M&M’s awhile back.

I’ll admit I don’t know all his songs, but I like his singles. And his aesthetic is pretty rad. When I first saw the ads for the special Lil Nas X candies, I thought, huh, very cool.

Then they went on SALE and suddenly, I had to have some, especially since every package you ordered got you an entry in a contest to win a signed box.

I got one for me and one for my daughter.

They both came, no autograph on either one.

Then, I got an email confirmation about an additional order, but it originated from a different email address than the other ones had?

My honest first thought was that it was a phishing scam.

A package arrived, more M&M’s inside, and there it was, UNDER the plastic wrapped around the box. Sharpie’d onto the printed paper.

Lo and behold, we won Lil Nas X’s autograph. So he and M&M’s are now both pretty precious in our family.

That said… leave some milk and cookies out for Lil Nas X tonight. 😉 AND… once again… Happy Pride!
