Pride Month started here a little less than 15 minutes ago. YAAAAAAAY!
SO exciting. Very tempted to wear my “Love is Love” tee to work tomorrow.
That is after all where I bought it, years ago. Hm. We will see.

I also went on a quest for cute memes about Pride Month Eve.
The only one I found this time around was to leave milk out for Freddie Mercury and his cats.
In previous years, there was a similar meme going around about Lil Nas X, but I don’t recall what you were supposed to leave out for him? Maybe milk and cookies? But we STAN Lil Nas X, especially since winning one of the boxes of special limited edition M ‘n’ M’s he autographed.
Tonight was SUPER stressful at times, but I had a quiet moment of joy at work.
I whispered to one of my coworkers, who is also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, “It’s almost Pride Month!” They SQUEALED with UNBRIDLED joy and said YES they KNEW and were SO excited and had planned to say something to ME about it, but I beat them to it.
It’s good to be able to share these things. The enthusiasm. The hope. Solidarity.
Which reminds me, there is one more coworker who wasn’t in tonight, who I will also have to wish a Happy Pride. Maybe I can shoot a text out in the morning. The actual morning. Not post-midnight.
That’s all I got. I NEED to get some sleep. But I may misbehave and read for a tiny bit of time. Lost Souls, baybee! Even if I shouldn’t. It’s late, and I work in the morning. Not early morning, but morning, nonetheless.
