Are you seeking security or adventure?

Had a little adventure tonight!

First, we hit up a Mexican restaurant. I had enchiladas….

Dang, these nails are a little tricky to type with… evidence:

Well, may as well also include the selfie of the night’s final ‘fit choice.

Took me a few tries to get it just right.

So yes enchiladas, and Neva’s mom recounted the plot of a true story Lifetime movie that was WILDLY not dinner table talk LOL… while we were waiting to order, I think. But it was oddly charming, in an offbeat sort of way. Parents.

Enchiladas were delicious. I got them with chicken inside and mole sauce on top.

Didn’t take any food or restaurant pics. I was tempted. They even have photo op things in the alcove. Maybe next time.

But I have shown off their burritos before.

Moving on.

OMG Paranormal Cirque was so AMAZING!!! All the stunts and the juggling and the illusions.

AND then I stressed about getting out of my parking space. Let a LOT of people go first. Backed out once the car to my left had gone, and I could see the crowd had dispersed.

AND then I went home, to chill literally and figuratively.

We went to the earlier show. Not even 9 PM here yet.

Plenty of time to write and to read.

So yes, adventure and security.

I think I’d say the same about relationship questing, but maybe a smidge more adventure, in that case. Not sure how I feel about permanently settling down. Of course I would first have to find someone compelling. Haven’t been feelin’ it in some time. SO we keep working on me, and building my mythos. Adding chapters. More stories to share.

Gosh, the male acrobats were freaking ripped. THEIR ARMS!!! SQUEE!

And there were the de rigueur scantily clad women.

Something for everyone!

Actually, one of my favorite things may have been when the creepy clowns brought out massive beach balls for the crowd to volley back and forth. It was such a giddy, joyful moment.

My hair be lookin pretty fried. Sad day.

I’ve been using the leave-in treatment. Maybe it just needs to grow out, and be trimmed again.

Well, time heals all. At least, that holds true for hair.

Have an amazing night!
